General Sales Conditions



  1. The General Sales Conditions hereunder govern the whole relations between the customers & Microdevice concercing purchases.
    All relations will be exclusively run by this contract, except any conditions beforehand available.
    Placing orders implies acceptance of the General Sales Conditions by the customer.


  2. Order: the customer is entitled to place orders by mail, by site, by telephone or to an attached representative of our customer service using the references listed in our catalogue.


  3. Prices & payment: the prices mentioned on the proposal and on the invoice are listed in Euros.
    If no written claim to the invoice of Microdevice is received within 8 days of the invoice date, the invoice will be regarded as accepted by the customer.
    Our invoices are payable at the company address 30 days after invoice date.
    We retain title to the goods until complete and full payment has been received.


  4. Delivery: products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer when ordering. The delivery is carried out within approximately ten to twenty working days.
    There are no delivery charges inside Belgium for orders above 500 Euro. For any delivery out of Belgium, the lead time and forwarding costs could vary according to the destination.


  5. The offered products are in conformity with the European legislation.


  6. The present conditions are subjected to Belgian law. The Belgian courts will be only qualified.
